Data Architecture & Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of data and analytics technology strategies Manage enterprise architecture initiatives with a focus on application and integration design Oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, reporting tools, and integrations Work with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and timelines, and ensure successful delivery Lead a team of analysts, engineers, and architects across data, systems, and analytics platforms Champion data governance, security, and data quality best practices Manage daily system operations, vendor relationships, and support structures Partner with business and technical teams to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals Drive change management, documentation, and training to support adoption of solutions Participate in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a focus on analytics, data systems, or architecture Proven leadership and team management experience Deep knowledge of analytics platforms and data architecture, including Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and data integration tools Strong understanding of business processes, KPIs, reporting cycles, and their impact on system design Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, NIGC)

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industries Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
