RIGTSTONE is looking for is seeking an experienced Senior Loyalty Program Manager (Remote) to lead critical loyalty initiatives and ensure business continuity during a team members maternity leave. This high-impact, cross-functional role focuses on advancing new loyalty strategies, maintaining enrollment engagement, and strengthening internal incentive programs. This pays $70.40 an hour on W2, 4-month contract with a potential to be permanent.

New Loyalty Initiatives Act as project lead on high-priority loyalty initiatives Manage timelines, track performance, and deliver updates to senior leadership Collaborate across departments on digital and operational program development Support communication strategies and execution plans Field Engagement Program Management Oversee internal field engagement and incentive programs Track performance, launch promotions, and support regional teams Respond to program inquiries and ensure quality assurance for loyalty integrations

Ongoing Enrollment Program Management Monitor franchisee enrollment performance and trends Deliver actionable insights and recommend improvements Share data and strategy updates with loyalty and executive leadership

Additional Tasks Conduct brand standards audits focused on loyalty Manage and monitor loyalty-related point budgets Organize global loyalty meetings and communications Handle QR code creation and franchisee support requests

Qualifications 7+ years of experience in loyalty, marketing strategy, or customer engagement Senior-level expertise in program management and cross-functional collaboration Data-savvy with the ability to identify trends, insights, and optimizations Strong communicator with stakeholder and vendor management experience Comfortable in a remote role with flexible availability for meetings
