Ecosystem First And Net New Names Leader

The Ecosystem First And Net New Names Leader is a pivotal and strategic position within the Corporate Global Leadership team at SAP. This role is integral to driving the expansion of our public cloud market share through proactive new customer acquisition and the enhancement of global partner-driven sales initiatives. The leader will guide a dedicated team to unify several global functions, ensuring seamless implementation across SAP regions and Market Units. As part of the global Corporate team, the objectives include achieving substantial corporate cloud growth with a pronounced focus on the Partner Driven segment and new customer acquisition strategies. This position reports directly to the Global Corporate & GROW leader. Key responsibilities include: Develop and enforce robust governance and collaboration frameworks alongside SAP's board areas, Chief Revenue Officer (PES), and Strategic Operations to amplify partner-driven sales. Strategically co-drive Partner Driven initiatives to solidify their position in SAP's global GTM strategy. Assist regional leaders in enhancing Territory Enablement through demand generation and deal progression activities. Optimize the channel landscape to augment partner-driven contributions towards SAP's revenue goals. Engage in shaping GTM strategies, with a focus on role definition, territory management, and compensation strategies for the 2026 initiatives. Spearhead global efforts, ensuring cohesive synchronization across all regions and Market Units. Collaborate with marketing, product management, strategic operations, and sales teams to facilitate a smooth customer journey from initial interest to purchase. Identify and capitalize on Value Added Resellers (VARs) with notable growth potential, aiming to onboard 10+ new names annually. Analyze customer acquisition funnels to pinpoint enhancement opportunities for increased conversion rates. Design and execute customer acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels, including paid search, social media, email, and content marketing. Contribute to the formulation and execution of SAP's 2026 Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives. Engage globally, with a refined focus on regional and Market Unit specifics. Leverage data-driven insights to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities and channels. Preferred qualifications: Demonstrated leadership experience in ecosystem development and strategic sales, preferably within a cloud-oriented business landscape. Strong analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking, evidenced by a track record of driving significant revenue growth. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders across various business areas. In-depth knowledge of SAP's product offerings, business processes, and industry trends. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Proven experience in a customer acquisition or growth marketing role. Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and utilizing insights for strategic decisions. Robust project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple concurrent campaigns. Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results. Minimum of 10 years experience in IT Sales, covering multiple channels and segments. Other attributes: senior, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, industry acumen, results-oriented. Location: This position requires flexibility for global travel and collaboration with regional and multi-unit teams.
