Electrical Assembler
Key Responsibilities: Assemble electrical cable harnesses, wire bundles, and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and routing in compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, and/or MIL-STD standards. Operate hand tools, crimping devices, and soldering equipment with precision. Conduct visual inspections and continuity tests to verify quality and compliance. Maintain clean, organized work area and follow all Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and safety procedures. Document work performed in production records and ensure traceability of parts. Qualifications: 2 years' experience in electrical or cable assembly. Proficiency with IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) and IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies) standards; certification a plus. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings. Experience with soldering and crimping tools; J-STD-001 certification a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to exacting quality standards.
