We are seeking an experienced
Senior Applications Engineer
to lead the design and development of
complex linear motion systems , primarily serving clients in the
semiconductor equipment manufacturing
industry. This role involves creating complete system designs, including components, detailed drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs), using
SolidWorks
and
AutoCAD .
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in
mechanical engineering
or
mechatronics , along with practical experience in
electrical controls -specifically working with
servomotors ,
sensors , and related components. Experience with the design of
actuators
and
advanced motion systems
is essential, with preference given to those familiar with semiconductor applications.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years
of experience in
motion systems design engineering Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or
Mechatronics Experience with
CATIA
is a plus Strong understanding of
electrical control systems
(e.g., servomotors, sensors, etc) Proficient in
SolidWorks
and
AutoCAD
