Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coach team members; set performance expectations.
  • Communicate business updates to keep the team informed and engaged.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by managing staffing, resources, and processes.
  • Collaborate on hiring, interviews, and new employee selection.
  • Improve processes to reduce risks and enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor daily workloads and adjust resources to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with policies (e.g., timesheets, performance reviews, risk reporting).
  • Identify and promote sales opportunities within customer interactions.
  • Work with leadership to enhance service delivery and implement improvements.
  • Provide regular reporting on team performance and KPIs.
  • Analyze customer trends and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with Workforce Planning to ensure proper staffing levels.
Qualifications/Background Profile :
  • Requires 2+ years leading a call/contact center
  • Two years of college preferred
  • LOMA 280 & 290 certification preferred
  • Insurance experience (Life, Health, P&C) preferred

This job is In-Person.
Pay Range: Salary $95,000.00 to $98,000.00
