About the Role: Lead initiatives that enhance the overall employee journey—from listening and insights to action and impact. This role combines analytical rigor and a consultative mindset with operational execution, serving as a key partner to HR and business leaders in shaping a workplace culture that is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our values. You will oversee employee listening strategies, manage survey design and implementation, and translate data into actionable insights. In addition, you’ll drive execution of engagement strategies and consult with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned, measurable, and impactful. Responsibilities of the Role: Employee Insights & Listening Strategy : Lead the design, deployment, and analysis of employee surveys (engagement, lifecycle, pulse), conduct focus groups, and analyze employee experience survey data to facilitate action planning and make data-driven recommendations to improve the overall employee experience.
Strategy Execution & Action Planning : Translate insights into clear, actionable plans in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders, support the implementation and tracking of action plans tied to engagement and experience metrics, and monitor progress and measure impact of initiatives over time.
Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting : Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align employee experience efforts with organizational goals, help execute the employee experience strategy throughout the entire employee journey, and provide consultation and guidance on best practices in engagement, inclusion, and experience design.
Communication, Presentation, and Storytelling:
Translate complex data into compelling narrativesthrough clear, visually engaging presentations and reports that resonate with diverse audiences and drive informed decision-making.
Ad-Hoc Analysis : Conduct deep-dive analyses to explore emerging trends, predict workforce outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements of the Role: 7+ years of experience in employee experience, people analytics, HR consulting, or a related field.
Strong expertise in survey design, data analysis, and storytelling with data.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives.
Proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Glint, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Business, HR, or a related field.
