We attract and develop high-performing, diverse talent whose skills are aligned with delivering meaningful business outcomes. Through fostering an inclusive and engaging culture, we empower teams to collaborate, innovate, and act like owners for all stakeholders. Our professionals serve as trusted global advisors and partner to deliver strategic solutions to all areas of the business.
About the Role:
Lead initiatives that enhance the overall employee journey—from listening and insights to action and impact. This role combines analytical rigor and a consultative mindset with operational execution, serving as a key partner to HR and business leaders in shaping a workplace culture that is inclusive, engaging, and aligned with our values.

Responsibilities of the Role: Employee Insights & Listening Strategy: Lead the design, deployment, and analysis of employee surveys (engagement, lifecycle, pulse), conduct focus groups, and analyze employee experience survey data to facilitate action planning and make data-driven recommendations to improve the overall employee experience. Strategy Execution & Action Planning: Translate insights into clear, actionable plans in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders, support the implementation and tracking of action plans tied to engagement and experience metrics, and monitor progress and measure impact of initiatives over time. Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align employee experience efforts with organizational goals, help execute the employee experience strategy throughout the entire employee journey, and provide consultation and guidance on best practices in engagement, inclusion, and experience design. Communication, Presentation, and Storytelling: Translate complex data into compelling narratives through clear, visually engaging presentations and reports that resonate with diverse audiences and drive informed decision-making. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to explore emerging trends, predict workforce outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements of the Role: 7+ years of experience in employee experience, people analytics, HR consulting, or a related field. Strong expertise in survey design, data analysis, and storytelling with data. Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives. Proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Glint, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
