As a Lead Strategic Enablement Analyst, you’ll gain hands-on experience shaping pricing strategies across global markets, while developing your analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll also build expertise in revenue optimization and strategic decision-making through impactful data analysis and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze and interpret pricing data to support pricing strategies, including the creation of comparison spreadsheets, impact analyses, pricing tools, and trend reports for both Domestic and OUS markets.
Maintain and load accurate price lists and pricing updates into internal systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Manage and reconcile GPO admin fees, customer rebates, and tier assignments; provide strategic input on account pricing and support RFP and competitive bid submissions.
Develop internal reporting, metrics, and documentation for pricing operations; serve as a training resource and backup for internal and external pricing inquiries.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related analytical role, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
Understanding of domestic and international pricing practices, with experience supporting global pricing strategies preferred.
Knowledge of GPOs, fee/rebate structures, and regulatory compliance in pricing is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex data and collaborate across the organization.

The typical pay range for this position is
$80,000 – $110,000
annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a
case-by-case basis
