Desired Skillset: 8+ years of hands-on experience in professional .NET development Advanced proficiency with modern .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, .NET 6) Proven experience integrating with message brokers (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, WebSphere MQ, or Kafka) Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Must be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area Nice to Have Working knowledge of rules engine technologies (e.g., Drools, NRules, Azure Logic Apps). Exposure to generative AI concepts and integration (prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI-powered features).
