In this pivotal role, you will focus on technical engagement management with smart TV OEMs and their collaborators. Your primary responsibility will be to help our partners bring Fire TV smart TV products to market and successfully deliver them to customers through various channels. Responsibilities: Become the authority on Fire TV reference architectures, device specifications, user experience (UX) requirements, and customer experience (CX). Advise and communicate best practices to device maker partners to ensure a delightful customer experience. Advocate for OEM/ODM and end-user customers to influence internal product specifications and strategies. Collaborate effectively with the Fire TV devices business development team to identify opportunities, drive product development, and ensure successful launches. Your unique blend of technical expertise and business insight will be essential in influencing product decisions to create an unparalleled user experience. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience in developing technology solutions and guiding IT transformations. A strong communicator, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
