Join our team as a Data Analyst Specialist, where you will play a vital role in harnessing data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collecting data from diverse sources and transforming it into useful formats while ensuring high data quality. Evaluating and enhancing data models to validate predictive capabilities and improve performance. Utilizing statistical models and learning algorithms to analyze data, uncover patterns, and derive meaningful insights. Creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that effectively present findings using visualizations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions. Ensuring the successful implementation of data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives. Providing analytical support to team members as needed. Maintaining and updating databases to generate accurate reports while ensuring data integrity. Reviewing data sets for inconsistencies and implementing necessary repairs. Drafting detailed reports associated with evolving datasets regularly. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $45/hr. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in generating pivot tables and charts. Experience using Excel formulas for data analysis. Technical proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Familiar with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Scikit-learn. Knowledge of big data platforms including Hadoop and Spark. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while also fostering collaborative relationships. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and database management.
