Company Summary: Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Software Developers to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.
Position Summary: EES is seeking Software Developers at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles support technical design, conduct design reviews, and ensure application requirements and standards are met across FAA systems.
Qualifications:
Journeyman: Education: BS/BA
Experience: 5–7 years
Senior: Education: BS/BA
Experience: 8–11 years
SME: Education: BS/BA
Experience: 12+ years
Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
Familiarity with FAA application standards and integration requirements
Ability to conduct design reviews and ensure code quality
Knowledge of version control, CI/CD, and automated testing
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications for FAA systems
Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to technical standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
Document code, processes, and system interfaces
Support troubleshooting and performance optimization
