We're hiring one person for this in-person role, and whether you're new to financial services or bringing previous experience, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

As a Member Service Representative I, you'll be one of the first people our members interact with. You'll play an essential role in providing financial services with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You'll help members complete day-to-day transactions, offer guidance on products and services, and ensure every member leaves with a positive experience.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

Handle financial transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and cashier's checks with accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure daily accuracy: Balance your cash drawer each day, verify transaction totals, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Provide account support: Assist members with account updates like address or name changes, and respond to questions about products, services, and policies.

Deliver excellent service: Greet members promptly, maintain a professional appearance, and provide friendly, informed service at every interaction.

Support branch operations: Perform drive-up or night drop functions, maintain a clean and secure workstation, and support teammates as needed.

Promote financial solutions: Actively listen to member needs and offer products and services that support their financial goals.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who's dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you're passionate about helping others and take initiative in your work, you'll fit right in with our team!

Key Qualifications:

Previous cash-handling and customer service experience strongly preferred

High school diploma or GED required

Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude

Comfort using basic office technology such as Microsoft Word, Excel, adding machines, and cash counters

Strong attention to detail, with basic math skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally (e.g., coin bags)
