In this role, you will:
Define and manage key goals and performance metrics.
Conduct in-depth data analyses to uncover insights about selling partner and customer behaviors that will influence product roadmaps and business outcomes.
Produce comprehensive documents for senior team members.
Engage in stakeholder management by collaborating with global partner teams, category teams, science teams, and finance partners.
The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker who is passionate about solving critical customer problems, along with being an organized self-starter who effectively breaks down projects and adjusts plans based on customer feedback and recent insights.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of SQL experience.
Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling.
Experience in building metrics and reporting solutions.
Proficient in managing, analyzing, and communicating insights to senior leadership.
Familiarity with cloud storage and computing technologies such as AWS Redshift, S3, Hadoop, etc.
Bachelor's Degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with statistical analytics and programming languages, including R, Python, Ruby, etc.
Knowledge of experimental design principles and statistical analysis.

The total compensation for this role ranges from $117,300/year in our lowest geographic market to $202,800/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by various factors, including market location, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, compensation packages may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
