Enterprise Engineering Services, LLC (EES) of Marlton, NJ is looking to hire full-time Systems Administrators to support FAA efforts in Reston / Herndon, VA.
Position Summary:
EES is seeking Systems Administrators at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to support FAA modernization efforts. These roles perform daily system administration, monitoring, and maintenance tasks to ensure stable, reliable operation of fielded systems.
Qualifications:
Journeyman: Education: BS/BA
Experience: 5–7 years
Senior: Education: BS/BA
Experience: 8–11 years
SME: Education: BS/BA
Experience: 12+ years
Experience with system administration in enterprise environments
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), patching, and updates
Familiarity with FAA system standards and operational requirements
Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
Strong documentation and communication skills
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform daily system monitoring and maintenance
Ensure system stability, reliability, and performance
Apply patches, updates, and configuration changes
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Maintain system documentation and support compliance efforts
Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to support modernization goals
