You will collaborate with top engineers, architects, and technical managers while developing your skills within a revolutionary and forward-thinking technology company. As a Solutions Architect at AWS, you will engage directly with customers. We are looking for self-driven individuals who thrive on the opportunity to understand and respond to customer needs, helping them achieve competitive advantages using AWS. As a seasoned technologist and essential member of the Account team, you will influence customers' architectural decisions across diverse use cases, including security, compute, storage networking, and advanced scenarios involving serverless, analytics, and Generative AI. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement a technical sales strategy that surpasses revenue goals through the adoption of AWS services. Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and facilitate in-depth architectural discussions to ensure solutions are primed for successful cloud deployment. Establish strong relationships with senior technical stakeholders within customer organizations, empowering them to become cloud advocates. Conduct targeted training sessions to share knowledge with customers considering or already utilizing AWS. Capture and disseminate best practices within the AWS solutions architect community. Contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers. Act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams, helping to enhance the AWS platform. Support AWS's Generative AI strategy by developing demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase possibilities to customers.
