About The Role The UX Content Strategist will plan the content strategy for our solutions, including the form of delivery, governing the usefulness and usability of content, ultimately driving the intended experience, behaviors, and business goals. They will work closely with product design and delivery teams to bring the vision of the solution to life. Responsibilities Collaborate with UX Design, Content Writing, Experience, Product Management, and Marketing teams to achieve organizational goals. Audit and assess current content and ecosystems, identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities. Inform and influence information architecture, site navigation, and user experience for new applications. Develop flexible content structures and experiences, including keyword-based content mapping. Use data to implement strategies that achieve business goals. Create best practices protocols, content templates, and training manuals. Create and maintain product taxonomies, metadata frameworks, content types, and migration plans. Design and implement content creation and governance workflows. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading content strategy in a professional services environment. Exceptional organizational skills. Understanding of content creation, best practices, and trends. Strong grasp of content and design principles. Ability to manage multiple projects. Experience with interaction design, UX principles, and information architecture. Experience with user journeys, personas, and research. Passion for storytelling and systems thinking. Experience in omni-channel strategic development and healthcare industry preferred. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and conferencing tools.
