Senior Data Scientist - AI and Machine Learning

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will: Collaborate with top-tier AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate AI algorithms tailored to solve real-world challenges. Engage directly with customers to understand their business problems and guide them in implementing AI solutions effectively. Deliver detailed presentations, briefings, and workshops to educate customers about adoption patterns and paths to production. Create best practices, tutorials, blog posts, and sample code tailored for diverse audiences, including technical, business, and executive stakeholders. Provide essential feedback from customers and the market to our Product and Engineering teams, influencing product direction and innovation. This role may involve up to 25% local travel. About You: You bring a wealth of experience in building data-intensive applications, leveraging various data sources, and crafting effective solutions that meet customer needs. Your superb communication skills allow you to engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into actionable strategies, and provide guidance to fellow engineers, helping to drive innovation in the AI and data science landscape. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience building models for business applications. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, data mining, and machine learning techniques. Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet). Current active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a similar field. Hands-on experience with complex problem-solving in applied environments. Experience in building applications leveraging Generative AI technologies.
