The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the ICU specialty and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting pertinent data and interventions.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety guidelines.- Provide support and educational resources to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.- Uphold hospital policies and maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Unit nursing.- Current and valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.- Preferred: CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certifications.- Experience with Cerner electronic health records is a plus.
