About the role: Partnering with the Human Resources Director to empower people and the community to be our best, with a particular focus on engagement and compliance. You are responsible for various Human Resource functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave management, safety, analytics, and training. What you’ll be doing: Champion PRS culture by embedding the Mission, Vision, and Core Values into all aspects of your role -

fostering a workplace where aging is embraced as an opportunity to thrive. Support talent acquisition and onboarding by processing pre-employment checks, extending offers, leading new hire orientations, maintaining communication with new hires, and ensuring a smooth cultural integration. Drive employee engagement and retention by coordinating onboarding improvements, updating communication channels, supporting engagement activities, identifying trends, and assisting the HR Director in sharing insights with leadership. Maintain compliance and employee records by monitoring workplace practices, managing HRIS data, ensuring legal and regulatory updates are documented, overseeing Workers’ Compensation and OSHA reporting, and managing leaves of absence and benefits. Provide HR leadership and strategic support by responding to employee relations issues, guiding conflict resolution, serving as a resource for benefits and policy interpretation, contributing to PRS-wide initiatives, and supporting data collection and reporting for HR improvements. Pay: $58,000 - $65,000 / annually DOE About you: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of prior HR experience, with preference for backgrounds in healthcare, hospitality, or senior living. Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating professionalism and influence. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS databases. Working knowledge of employment law; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications preferred or willingness to pursue upon hire.
