As a Microsoft Data Center Project Manager, IT/Network, you will perform troubleshooting for service incidents, manage assigned projects to meet service delivery objectives, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders to remove obstacles. You will also follow safety policies and procedures and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of incidents. This role will help you build a solid understanding of data center procedures, engage in collaboration across various teams, and provide mentorship by sharing best practices. As a CO+I Data Center Project Manager, IT/Network, you will play a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities Demonstrate conscientiousness regarding costs, adhere to budget requirements, and contribute to staying within budget. Follow and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures, reporting issues immediately. Perform troubleshooting for service incidents, escalate as necessary to meet SLA/OLAs with minimal disruption. Recognize potential customer impacts, communicate effectively, and plan accordingly. Proactively review schedules to avoid conflicts and coordinate expectations with clients and suppliers. Manage relationships to ensure expectations are clear, understood, and met. Suggest ways to reduce risks during maintenance and accommodate scheduling needs. Ensure end-to-end service quality, including safety, security, customer service, and availability, and support escalation processes. Embodies our culture and values.
