This role oversees all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. The HR Director serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving a culture of engagement, fairness, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and implement talent strategies. Serve as a key advisor on organizational culture, change management, and leadership development. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Collaborate with leaders to ensure effective workforce planning and succession management. Champion employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts. Employee Relations & Engagement Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management. Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture. Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and retention. Compensation & Benefits Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure pay practices are equitable, compliant, and aligned with market benchmarks. Manage vendor relationships and annual benefit renewals. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Oversee HR policies and procedures, updating as needed to reflect legal changes and best practices. Lead internal audits and partner with compliance as necessary. Performance Management & Development Direct performance review and feedback processes. Support leadership development and training initiatives. Implement career development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline. HR Operations & Analytics Oversee HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity. Develop and monitor HR metrics to support strategic decision-making. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data, adhering to data privacy regulations. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and change management. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
