Primary Responsibilities: Consistently upholds and demonstrates the Right at Home core values: Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and Approachable Create engaging content for social media platforms (text, image, and video) Schedule and publish posts using content management tools Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy Draft and publish blog content to the Franchise Development website Update and maintain content on the broker portal to ensure accuracy and relevance Review and edit articles from external partners prior to publication Design and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation tools Coordinate and schedule interviews for our Development Directors Collaborate with the Franchise Development team and Marketing Manager on campaign planning and execution Assist with marketing calendar management and campaign tracking Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned Successful candidates will have:
A degree in marketing, communications, project management or related experience Knowledge of franchisor operations preferred Familiarity with social media platforms, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in WordPress or other website builder Experience using design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva preferred Excellent oral, written, and technical communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization An understanding of how to create, manage, analyze, and present results of marketing campaigns An understanding of marketing automation software Right at Home, a RiseMark Holdings, LLC company, is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates, supports and promotes diversity and inclusion.
