Job Description - Assistant AD of Digital Marketing (HR title: Digital Marketing Specialist II) (ATH00000431) Position Overview: The Assistant AD of Digital Marketing, in collaboration with the Associate A.D of Marketing & Fan Experience, is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote SMU Athletics, increase audience engagement, and generate revenue. This role involves leading paid advertising efforts, email marketing strategies, influencer campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance. The position requires coordination with various departments and external vendors, and involves work during evenings and weekends for events. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field. Minimum of three years in digital marketing, preferably in athletics or NCAA Division I programs. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of NCAA regulations, HTML coding preferred.
