About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive
Executive Personal Assistant
to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a high degree of efficiency in managing personal and business-related tasks. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of daily schedules, communications, and administrative functions. This role is available as
both part-time and full-time , and offers the flexibility to work in a
hybrid environment
(remote with occasional in-person meetings as required). Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination Act as the gatekeeper and point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders Manage confidential and time-sensitive information with integrity and discretion Handle personal errands, scheduling, reservations, and travel for both business and personal matters Draft and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other communications Maintain and organize digital files and documents Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism Ability to work independently and under pressure Must be legally authorized to work in the
United States Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supporting C-level executives Background in business administration or a related field Familiarity with hybrid/remote work tools and best practices Compensation and Benefits: Salary:
$65,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Comprehensive Benefits Package Including: 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance
