Essential Functions:
Prepare food Record keeping Forecast weekly production Create/manage staff work schedules, staff hours and payroll Manage the flow of food Oversee Health Department Visits Other duties as assigned
Reports To: Director, Nutrition and Purchasing Services
Workday/Week: Monday - Friday 8 Hours Per Day
Starting Date: TBD
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
