- High School Diploma
- Satisfactory work performance in present job
- Seniority applicant
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must have knowledge of GFS/Van Eerden Ordering System
- Must have knowledge of Order Systems
- Must be able to perform End of Year Inventory
- Working knowledge of Menu Revision and Recipe Creation
- Working knowledge of Kitchen Equipment
- Must have knowledge of Meal Magic BOC and Register
- Knowledgeable of Healthy, Hunger Free Kids Act Regulations
- Will require a timed pre-screening test which includes the correct completion of a kitchen Production Record

- Prepare food
- Keep Production Records
- Forecast weekly production
- Maintain Professional Standards
- Assist Cook Manager
- Other duties as assigned
