We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employment/Labor law litigation and be passionate about advocating for clients' rights and interests.
Responsibilities
Negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters Represent clients in court proceedings Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' interests
Requirements
Proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations. Strong legal drafting and research skills Ability to interpret and apply complex legal concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Lexis Nexis and similar legal research tools Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the California State Bar as an attorney

Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year Seniority level
