We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and supervising mechanical systems within large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. This includes HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and building automation systems in compliance with local and international codes and standards.

Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.

Prepare HVAC load calculations, ductwork layouts, chilled water system designs, and equipment selection.

Coordinate mechanical design with electrical and plumbing disciplines.

Review and ensure compliance with local codes, standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA), and client specifications.

Conduct site visits for inspections, quality control, and issue resolution.
n n - n
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors throughout the design and construction phases.

Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Manage MEP coordination using BIM tools and CAD software.
n n - n
Evaluate and approve mechanical materials and equipment submittals.
n n - n
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on-site during execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
n n - n
Minimum (X) years of experience in MEP or building services engineering.
n n - n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and other HVAC design tools.

Solid understanding of mechanical codes, safety standards, and MEP coordination practices.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
n n - n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
n n - n
(Optional) Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED, ASHRAE membership) is a plus.
