JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies. End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives. Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations. Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks. Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration. Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues. Manage the creation and updating of project status, risks, and issues, aligning these items to the appropriate level of leadership for engagement and resolution. Lead and manage multiple technical cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables. Establish and update reports and presentation materials for executive leaders. Qualifications :
Display strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
