220 District Attorneys Council DAC District 21 Fin Full time position available Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Title: Criminal Prosecutor for DOJ Grant Location: District Attorney's Office, Cleveland County 201 S Jones Suite #300 Norman OK 73075 Key Responsibilities
Review incoming law enforcement reports to determine viability of filing criminal charges Evaluate assigned cases for prosecutorial merit and possible plea negotiations Research and write legal motions File appropriate written motions when needed Competently, expeditiously and professionally handle all assigned court appearances Prepare cases for trial Assist other law enforcement agencies Continually develop, maintain and improve all skills necessary to perform daily prosecutorial duties Required Skills
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Admitted to and in good standing with Oklahoma Bar Association Experience is not required, but prior prosecution experience preferred Benefits
