Ensure quality records, test results, and lab documentation are complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Establish and monitor control charts, quality dashboards, and non-conformance reporting systems.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure laboratory and product quality processes comply with applicable regulatory, customer, and safety standards. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues or test failures. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in testing efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, engineering, procurement, and R&D to resolve material quality concerns and improve upstream inputs. Support pilot runs, process trials, and scale-up activities with quality validation and material qualification. Represent the quality function during audits, customer meetings, and product trials.
Experience/Knowledge
