We are a global company with offices in Brisbane, Australia and Sandy, Utah.Position The Digital Marketing Specialist is a critical enabler of growth, responsible for the hands-on execution and optimization of our digital marketing programs-across email, automation, the website, and campaign infrastructure. This role also plays a key part in omni-channel campaign execution (including ABM, inbound, and paid media support) while owning performance tracking and optimization.You will manage campaign execution from end to end: emails, landing pages, nurture flows, tagging, form integrations, and website updates. You'll also maintain and enhance our digital infrastructure-ensuring campaigns are accurate, well-tracked, and ready to convert. This role is ideal for someone equally comfortable with technical execution and digital campaign planning-collaborating across content, product marketing, sales, and operations.What You Will Do Own and manage all website updates in WordPress (content changes, SEO, CRO, and performance optimization)Plan, build, and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture workflows in Pardot and UnbounceConduct A/B testing to improve email performance and optimize landing page conversionsBuild and maintain email templates, nurture journeys, and dynamic contentEnsure email deliverability, compliance, and personalization using audience and intent dataCollaborate with product marketing, BDRs, and events teams to align campaign execution across segmentsSupport execution of omni-channel digital campaigns (email, display, paid search, retargeting)Manage UTM tracking, tagging, and analytics dashboards; monitor performance and report insightsOptimize web pages for SEO, SEM, PPC, and UX conversion improvementsCoordinate with external vendors and dev partners to maintain digital quality and technical performanceTroubleshoot issues, validate data flows between systems, and support ongoing Martech improvementsWho You Are and What You Bring2-5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environmentStrong hands-on experience with WordPress, Pardot, and landing page builders like UnbounceUnderstanding of lead nurture, lifecycle marketing, and email best practicesExperience with UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and CRO toolsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and web troubleshootingComfort working across marketing, sales ops, and vendor teams to drive outcomesDetail-oriented, data-driven, and excited by experimentation and iterationDesired But Not RequiredExperience in technology, infrastructure or B2B fields*Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location. The range displayed reflects the reasonable range we anticipate paying for this position and reflects the cost of labor within several U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered within the range will depend on various factors including, but not limited to the candidate's relevant and prior experience, education, skills, and primary work location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each position.
