The Estimator will be responsible for: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to evaluate project requirements and scope. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to develop precise cost models. Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain thorough documentation of cost analysis and proposals. Provide support in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with all company and industry standards during the estimation process.
