Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships
with realtors and real estate professionals to expand our network and drive business growth. Collaborate with the sales team
to create and implement effective strategies for increasing property listings and sales. Conduct market research
to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing, and competition in the Chicago area. Organize and participate in networking events
and open houses to promote The Saladino Sells Team and attract potential clients. Provide exceptional customer service
to realtors and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the buying or selling process. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials
and presentations to effectively showcase properties and services. Monitor and report on partnership performance , providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management. Qualifications Active real estate license in the state of Illinois Proven experience as a real estate agent or realtor Strong knowledge of the Chicago real estate market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation About-our-team
