The start date is 2 weeks after offer for this contract position.\nJob Title: End User Support TechnicianLocation-Type: On-site (Washington, DC)Start Date Is: 2 weeks after offerDuration: 6 months (with opportunity to renew)Compensation Range: $30-40/hr w2\nJob Description:Provide comprehensive on-site technical support for end users, ensuring efficient issue resolution, hardware maintenance, and adherence to IT support standards.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\n \n Deliver hands-on support for end user hardware, software, and peripheral devices \n Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks for PCs and servers \n Troubleshoot and repair personal computer issues with oversight from engineering staff \n Support Office 365, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SCCM, and Intune environments \n Maintain ITSM standards using ITIL and HDI frameworks \n Communicate effectively with end users, providing a high level of customer service \n Handle multiple support tasks simultaneously across systems and initiatives\n\nRequirements:\n \n Must-Haves: \n \n 5 years of relevant IT support experience \n Excellent communication and customer service skills \n Familiarity with ITIL and HDI support frameworks \n Experience supporting end-user devices and basic server/network equipment \n \n Nice-to-Haves: \n \n Experience with ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, Office 365, and Azure AD \n Prior experience in a government or regulated environment \n \n
