Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information to customers based on their inquiries and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Excellent listening skills and a patient demeanor when dealing with inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication.
