Description
We are actively seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team immediately! In this fast-paced role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries, ensuring satisfaction with their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Manage follow-up calls for unresolved issues and provide timely updates to customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
