Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.

- Manage follow-up calls for unresolved issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
