Job Description
Lloyd staffing is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable clerk to work within our growing team! This is a great opportunity to work with a modern, fast-paced and growing company in the Boca Raton/Fau area. In this role you will work as part of the Accounting and Finance Team. Significant responsibilities include:
- Customer invoicing
- Responding to billing inquiries
- Preparing and maintaining records of accounts receivable, including receipts, claims and overdue invoices
- Applying all incoming cash receipts and wire payments to the appropriate general ledger accounts
- Establishing payment arrangements, posting customer payments and contacting customers regarding overdue invoices
- Performing weekly reporting and month-end balancing activities

Qualifications
- 3+ year of relevant experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Mac a strong plus
- Experience with NetSuite a strong plus
