Position Details

Role: Lead Accountant / Bookkeeper

Location: Hybrid - Georgetown, North Austin areas

Schedule: Hybrid is 2 in-office / 3 work from home

Compensation: Up to $78k + bonus

Role Overview

• Maintain accurate financial records, perform month-end close, and deliver KPI reports.
• Handle daily financial transactions and manage posting processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile and balance ledgers regularly.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Verify and oversee payroll processing for about 25 employees.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years experience in full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Experience with payroll processing (ADP), QuickBooks, and Excel.
