At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Senior Content Strategist to enhance customer experience and adoption of our Private Pricing Program. Join our Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team within the Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization. In this role, you will collaborate with strategists, subject matter experts, and designers to create impactful content that outlines the Private Pricing Program's guidelines, processes, and best practices. You will have a key role in executing our content strategy to drive the awareness and adoption of this program. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing the content strategy to support Private Pricing Program initiatives. Identifying audience segments and analyzing their specific needs to enhance content effectiveness. Delivering strategic content initiatives while coordinating with various stakeholders across the organization. Measuring the impact of content efforts and optimizing for improved effectiveness. Building relationships with AWS-wide teams (Sales, Legal, Billing, Contracting, and Partners) to align content efforts. Ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and effectively address the target audience's needs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, and development. 3+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Advanced Degree in English, Communications, Content Strategy, or a related field. Exceptional editorial skills, including proofreading and content creation. Experience in independently driving complex content projects and collaborating with teams. Experience in developing or editing multimedia (images, videos). Familiarity with content authoring tools. This position may require compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
