Senior Content Strategist, Customer Experience and Adoption

Your expertise will be vital for the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team within the Global Deal Strategy and Programs (GDSP) organization. In this role, you will collaborate with strategists, subject matter experts, and designers to create impactful content that outlines the AWS Private Pricing Program's guidelines, processes, and best practices. As a key player in executing our content strategy, you will drive the adoption and growth of the Private Pricing Program. Key Responsibilities: Execute content strategies that support Private Pricing Program initiatives. Identify target audience segments and conduct thorough analysis to highlight content gaps and enhance effectiveness. Deliver strategic initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization. Measure the impact of content efforts and optimize for maximum effectiveness. Facilitate collaboration with teams such as Sales, Legal, Billing, and Contracting to align content efforts. Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and address audience needs. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in content strategy, writing, and development. 3+ years of experience in utilizing data and metrics to inform content improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Advanced Degree in English, Communications, Content Strategy, or a related field. Exceptional editorial skills with strong proofreading and content creation abilities. Experience in managing large-scale content projects collaboratively.
