As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and guiding high-performing, cross-functional data teams to foster a data-centric culture that promotes informed decision-making. In this strategic role, you will work closely with business leaders to uncover innovative opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and translate complex analytics into clear insights. You will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and governance frameworks, prioritizing data quality and enabling self-service analytics. Your expertise will extend to managing pricing strategies and driving business results through dynamic pricing models, price elasticity analyses, and experimentation initiatives. Candidates for this role should possess a Master’s degree in a technical discipline and at least 10 years of leadership experience in data and analytics. You should also have deep knowledge of managing large, intricate datasets, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools. A successful track record of building scalable data teams and cloud-based data platforms is essential. Experience in financial services or fintech, along with proficiency in structured and unstructured data analytics, is highly preferred. We are looking for an exceptional communicator who can convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite executives, while nurturing a culture of innovation that ensures our competitive advantage in the marketplace.
