The Workplace Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the facilitation of an ongoing delightful experience for all employees at the client's flagship office in San Francisco.
ABOUT YOU
As a Workplace Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the warm and welcoming environment of the lobby space.
Hospitality and customer service are areas in which you consistently excel.
In addition to hospitality and maintaining the physical lobby space, you are responsible for overseeing and maintaining the access control software system that allows entrance and egress from facilities, as well as the badge management.
Data facilitation to ensure an ongoing seamless experience for employees and visitors coming and going from our spaces.
You, with the support of Workplace Operations, would ensure proper controlled access, and excellent customer service while addressing employee badging needs, and ensure that observed issues are flagged and escalated to the proper parties.
You possess a strong ability to successfully prioritize and execute tasks/duties as assigned in alignment with the overall goals of the team.
You feel comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
In-office requirement: 5 days a week
Provide top-notch customer service and professionalism at the Front Desk
Pay Ranges: $21-$26/hr
This is an ONSITE position at the San Francisco, CA office
Soft skills: Polished with strong communication and customer service skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate good judgment and confidentiality.
