Engagement Manager

with a strong background in

Pharmaceutical Marketing Analytics

to lead a strategic consulting engagement for a global biopharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in

Marketing Mix Modeling ,

Promotional Analytics , and

Business Product Management , and will be responsible for end-to-end client delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage analytics projects

in a structured manner, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and deliverables. Develop and execute a

strategic roadmap

for building analytics capabilities within large organizations in the

Pharma

industry. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a

trusted partner

and providing strategic guidance. Communicate complex analytical insights effectively , translating technical findings into actionable business recommendations. Mentor, coach, and lead

a team of Associates and Senior Associates across different locations to ensure their success. Collaborate with counterparts in India—who lead local Data Science teams—to effectively deliver projects through our global delivery model. Solve complex business problems

by leveraging advanced analytics techniques and integrating diverse data sources. Partner with a delivery team

to design, develop, test, and implement

custom-built Data & AI solutions , ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. hybrid environment in San Mateo, CA 7 - 10 years of experience in project management, client engagement, and analytics

within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)

techniques and tools. Expertise in

Promotional Analytics

to assess ROI of sales and marketing activities. Experience in

Business Product Management

– defining features, managing roadmaps, and aligning with business priorities. Familiarity with pharma datasets, including sales, promotional spend, and HCP engagement data. Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Python, R). Solid understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning techniques. Strong

communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to present insights to senior leaders. Proven experience in

managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale analytics programs . Demonstrated use of

sales techniques and business development strategies

to grow client engagements. Ability to

translate business gaps into analytical problems , defining the analytical approach and operationalizing recommendations. Experience working with

cross-cultural teams , dealing with ambiguity, and adapting to change.
