We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance leadership capabilities across the organization. You will collaborate with team leaders, executives, and cross-functional departments to identify leadership development needs, create tailored learning experiences, and track progress to ensure lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs and workshops. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess leadership skill gaps and propose targeted training initiatives. Support program facilitation, including preparation of materials and coordination of logistics. Conduct research on leadership trends, best practices, and emerging tools to enhance training content. Track and analyze program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data. Provide one-on-one coaching support to emerging leaders as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and reports on leadership development activities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or talent management. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of leadership theories, training methodologies, and adult learning principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
