Provide leadership in the pitching and execution of M&A and Strategic Advisory engagements while supporting the IB's Sr. Managing Director in managing the team's Associates and Analysts. Ensure proper resource allocation and high-priority project focus. Play a key role in developing the group's modeling and analytical capabilities, creating high-quality analysis and materials. Lead the creation of pitch materials, manage the execution process, including financial models, CIM, and client communication. Maintain risk awareness by adhering to policies, ensuring a positive customer experience, and managing risks effectively. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate complex financial models. Perform detailed financial analysis. Create impactful presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. Collaborate effectively in high-stress environments. Build relationships within Capital Markets and the broader organization. Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. Apply strong credit and corporate finance knowledge to IB projects. Support Managing Directors and assist in internal and external IB presentations. Engage independently with key stakeholders during M&A or Strategic Advisory projects. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise daily activities of IB Associates and Analysts. Provide performance feedback, develop talent, and recognize achievements to support career growth and succession planning. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

7-10 years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets. Strong corporate finance and credit skills. Proven success in originating and closing complex financial transactions. Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written. Strong relationship-building skills. Effective interaction with senior executives. Expertise in one or more industries. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA preferred. Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required.
