Provide leadership in the pitching and execution of M&A and Strategic Advisory engagements while supporting the IB's Sr. Managing Director in managing the team's Associates and Analysts. Ensure proper resource allocation across projects and prioritize high-impact projects. Play a key role in developing the group's modeling and analytical capabilities, creating high-quality analysis and materials, and leading the creation of pitch materials and execution processes, including financial models and client communications. Risk Management:
Responsible for risk by adhering to policies, raising concerns, and ensuring actions promote a positive customer experience. Operate within the Bank's risk appetite, managing and monitoring risks effectively. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis. Create impactful presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. Collaborate effectively within high-stress environments and develop strong relationships across teams. Manage multiple high-priority opportunities simultaneously. Leverage a strong background in credit and corporate finance in IB projects. Support Managing Directors and participate in client presentations and engagements. Interact independently with key stakeholders during M&A or Strategic Advisory projects. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise daily activities of IB Associates and Analysts, provide performance feedback, develop talent, and recognize achievements. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
7-10 years in Banking, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets. Strong corporate finance and credit skills. Proven success in originating and closing complex financial transactions. Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior executives. Expertise in one or more industries. Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA preferred. Securities licenses: Series 79, Series 63, and SIE. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
