What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support the HR due diligence workstream in Medtech M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and integration support - Analyze HR financial risks, including workforce cost structures and compensation programs - Model financial impacts of integration plans, including cost synergies and workforce transition scenarios - Partner with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end M&A processes - Prepare and present executive-level reports and risk assessments
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field, with 6+ years of work experience OR 12+ years of total work experience in lieu of a degree - Experience in HR Controlling/Finance, M&A HR due diligence, or corporate financial transactional services - Strong analytical skills and knowledge of HR-related financial due diligence - Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders - Fluent in English, with the ability to work and write in another language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience within the life sciences or medtech industry - Deep understanding of global HR cost drivers and compliance risks - Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with HRIS and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI)
